Emerging Agents is a program built by the industry, for the next generation of sales agents. The content is tailored to each state’s legislation and terminology. To shape the program, 250 agents and 100 Principals were surveyed about what new or struggling agents really need to succeed in their first year. The result is a weekly training structure with clear KPIs, focused on lead generation and dollar-productive activity, designed to build strong habits and real progress.
